Happiness Embroidered Grey sweatshirt

These adult Sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex and are a looser fit. They are designed to be comfortable and not structured. If you prefer a closer fitting sweatshirt you should size down possibly even two sizes. Amanda who owns the business is a size 12/14 and the medium is a loose and comfortable fit on her - the perfect sweatshirt! She can also wear the small for a closer fit.

As a rule the following sizing applies:

extra small = UK 10

small = UK 10-12

medium =14

large = 16-18

extra large = 20-22

double extra larger 24-26

Delivery

Postage and packaging is £3.50 for UK and various different rates for international which you will see when you check out. Items are sent out via Royal Mail first class signed for.

How long will your item take to arrive?

All items are made to order and many are personalised. We aim to send your item out in 3-5 working days, and please allow 7 days for arrival of your item. And please note during exceptionally busy times and during the pandemic dispatch times are a little longer and we thank you for your patience.

Please note most items are made to order. Items personalised with names on can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will then process your refund within 3 working days.
