Delivery
Postage and packaging is £3.50 for UK and various different rates for international which you will see when you check out. Items are sent out via Royal Mail first class signed for.
How long will your item take to arrive?
All items are made to order and many are personalised. We aim to send your item out in 3-5 working days, and please allow 7 days for arrival of your item. And please note during exceptionally busy times and during the pandemic dispatch times are a little longer and we thank you for your patience.

Returns
We want you to feel confident buying with us. Please get in touch with us at hello@percyandnell.com if you have any queries about your product or wish to exchange or refund it. We will always do our best to help.
All non-personalised clothing can be returned within 14 days, as long as it is in its original condition.
Please note most children's items are made to order and these can not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund within 3 working days.
